I never get to the prompt to accept the end user licensing agreement. User Win10 Ent. Now when user launches adobe they get a white screen that pops up prior to the sign in page. Created a new package from adobe admin center and ran that – same thing. Tried downloading adobe via Creative Cloud – same thing. After running this tool and reinstalling adobe still has old settings like recent files Nothing is working. We have purchased Adobe Acrobat Pro permanent license, and we have used it for one and a half year.
