Resolved my issue. However, since the apps come with Windows, you cannot uninstall them the way you would uninstall any other program. Therefore, the only way to remove the folders permanently is to uninstall the Camera app and the Photo app. So before you go ahead, make sure you create a Registry backup or a system restore point.
